White & Case advises Exponent on acquisition of Killarney Telecommunications Limited (KTL)

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Exponent on its acquisition of Killarney Telecommunications Limited (KTL), a leading engineering service provider to the telecommunications and power sectors across the UK and Ireland.

"This is an important acquisition for our client, who continues to expand their investments in Ireland," said White & Case partner Colin Harley, who led the Firm's deal team.

The financing included a senior term facility, a committed acquisition term loan facility and a bridge facility provided by Pemberton Asset Management.
