White & Case advises Fakeeh Care on SAR 1.6 billion acquisition of Dr. Mohammed Al Fagih Hospital

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Dr. Soliman Abdel Kader Fakeeh Hospital Company (Fakeeh Care) on its acquisition of 100 percent of the share capital of Dr. Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Fagih & Partners Company (Dr. Mohammed Al Fagih Hospital) for the amount of SAR 1.6 billion.

Dr. Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Fagih & Partners owns and operates a 350-bed multi-specialty general hospital in Central-East Riyadh. The acquisition supports Fakeeh Care's expansion in Riyadh to reach its tertiary care offering to a 535-bed two-site complex hospitals in a high-density catchment areas.
Fakeeh Care is an integrated healthcare group providing a range of healthcare services across Saudi Arabia with affiliates in the UAE. White & Case has advised Fakeeh Care on several landmark transactions in recent years, including its SAR 2.9 billion initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the Saudi Exchange in 2024.
The Riyadh based White & Case advisory team on the transaction was led by partner Sami Al-Louzi and local partner Hamzeh Al Rasheed, with support from the associates Mayce Khayri, Abdulaziz Alharthi and Sara Taher.
