Sami E. Al-Louzi is a partner based in our Dubai Office. Sami has over 25 years' of experience advising global and regional clients in the financial services, securities, infrastructure, healthcare and telecommunications sectors on equity capital markets transactions in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and elsewhere in the Middle East, as well as on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and privatizations.
