Sami has over 21 years' of experience advising global and regional clients in the financial services, securities, infrastructure, healthcare and telecommunications sectors on equity capital markets transactions in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and elsewhere in the Middle East, as well as on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and privatizations.
