White & Case Advises Falcon Minerals on All-Stock Merger with Desert Peak Minerals

Global law firm White & Case LLP is advising the Transaction Committee of Falcon Minerals Corporation on Falcon's US$1.9 billion agreement to combine with Desert Peak Minerals. 

The combined company will remain focused on consolidating high-quality minerals and royalties in the Permian Basin, and optimizing its existing asset base.

Falcon is an Up-C-Corporation formed to own and acquire high-quality oil-weighted mineral rights. Falcon owns mineral, royalty, and overriding royalty interests covering more than 21,000 NRAs in the Eagle Ford Shale and Austin Chalk in Karnes, DeWitt and Gonzales counties in Texas. Falcon also owns more than 12,000 NRAs in the Marcellus Shale across Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
