Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised on the financing for the acquisition by Stirling Square Capital Partners of Tapì S.p.A., a company that specialises in the design, production and distribution of high-end technological closures for the premium beverage sector.
The transaction was financed through the issuance of PIK senior secured floating rate notes due 2030 issued by Tapì Holdings S.p.A. and subscribed and purchased by Tikehau Investment Management S.A.S., and through a senior term and revolving credit facility agreement entered into by Stirling Square Capital Partners. White & Case advised the pool of lenders on the credit facility and Tikehau Investment Management on the PIK financing.
