White & Case advises Gruppo San Donato on acquisition of minority stake in AHP

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Gruppo San Donato (GSD) on the acquisition of a 27.78% stake in American Heart of Poland S.A., AHP Logistyka sp. z o.o. and Healthcare & Hospitality Providers sp. z o.o. from AHP Investments sp. z o.o (AHP Investments).

As a result of the transaction, GSD consolidated its interest in the companies following its December 2023 acquisition of a majority stake in AHP Investments. The acquisition further strengthens GSD's presence in the Polish healthcare market.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Michael Immordino (London & Milan), Stefano Bellani (Milan) and Evgeny Scirtò Ostrovskiy (Milan & London) and included associates Nicola Tosin and Francesco Barcellini (both Milan).
