White & Case advises on JAB Holdings B.V.’s US$1.3 billion senior notes tender offers

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the dealer managers on the offers by JAB Holdings B.V. (JAB) to purchase any and all of its outstanding US$300 million aggregate principal amount of 2.200% senior notes due 2030, US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.750% senior notes due 2051 and US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.500% sustainability-linked senior notes due 2052.
