White & Case advises Jefferies and Morgan Stanley on Avio €400 million capital increase

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Jefferies and Morgan Stanley in connection with Avio S.p.A.'s (Avio) proposed capital increase of up to €400 million.

The transaction, unanimously approved by Avio's Board of Directors as part of the company's new business plan, will be submitted for approval to the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for 23 October 2025.

Avio is a leading aerospace company specialising in space propulsion, with a long-standing role in the development and production of launch systems and solid rocket motors.
