White & Case advises on largest sale-and-leaseback transaction in Central and Eastern Europe to date

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised on the largest sale-and-leaseback (S&L) transaction ever completed in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

The landmark deal involved two ultramodern production facilities with a combined area of 264,000 square meters, owned by a leading Polish manufacturer and equipped with some of Europe's most advanced machinery.

The deal is the largest S&L transaction in CEE history and the first CEE deal to surpass PLN 1 billion for just two properties. It ranks among the largest S&L transactions ever completed in Europe and reflects a growing trend of sale-and-leaseback activity across the region.
