Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Deutsche Bank as mandated lead arranger and original lender on the refinancing of the acquisition of the Green Mountain data center business by Azrieli Group.
"Our team worked together to successfully close another jumbo data center financing in Europe; one of many that White & Case has advised on in 2021 and 2022," said White & Case partner Jeremy Duffy, who co-led the Firm's deal team. "Azrieli Group selected Deutsche Bank as financier to refinance its first data center acquisition in Europe in a deal that will support Azrieli's continued growth in this sector."
Green Mountain operates three data centers in Norway.
Rothschild & Co acted as financial adviser on behalf of the Azrieli Group on the transaction.
