Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Lumina Metals Corp. (Lumina) on its dual listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) and Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX).

"Advising Lumina on this cross-border capital markets transaction reflects the strength of our team supporting issuers on complex listings involving multiple jurisdictions," said White & Case partner Marcin Studniarek, who led the Firm's deal team. "The transaction brings together Canadian and Polish capital markets considerations and supports a company with a long-standing operating presence in Poland."

Lumina began trading on the TSX on April 30, 2026, following its IPO in Canada, and listing on the WSE on June 16, 2026. White & Case advised Lumina on the listing in Poland and assisted Canadian legal counsel on the company's listing in Canada.

Operating in Poland since 2011, Lumina is a Canada-based international mineral exploration and development company focused on the exploration and development of copper and silver deposits in Poland, including its flagship Nowa Sól project in western Poland.

The White & Case team in Warsaw which advised on the transaction included partner Marcin Studniarek, local partner Bartosz Smardzewski and associate Dawid Książek.
