Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised MARR S.p.A. and its subsidiary AS.CA S.p.A., as guarantor, on the issuance of €100 million senior unsecured notes due 2031.
The notes were sold through a private placement to US institutional investors.
MAAR is a leading Italian company listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange which specializes in the commercialization and distribution of food products and related services and equipment.
