White & Case advises Naxicap-owned Groupe Guémas on unitranche financing for acquisition of Groupe Gritchen

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised French insurance brokerage firm Groupe Guémas on a unitranche financing arranged by Barings for the acquisition of Groupe Gritchen, a privately held industry peer and French market leader in cancellation insurance.

Naxicap Partners-owned Groupe Guémas is a leading French insurance brokerage business that specialises in enterprise risk management and insurance. Naxicap Partners is a French private equity investment group that currently manages more than €7 billion of investor commitments and has more than 100 professionals operating across five offices in France and Germany.
