Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Needham & Company on Digimarc’s offering of 4.5 million shares of its common stock at a price of US$4.04 per share.
Digimarc Corporation is a global leader in digital watermarking, identification and authentication technologies. Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon, the company creates imperceptible, machine-readable data layers embedded into physical packaging, labels and digital content.
The White & Case team was led by partners Drew Valentine and Adam Johnson, and included associate Ernesto Torres and law clerk Jordan Wimbish (all in New York).
