Ernesto is an associate in the Firm's Capital Markets Group in New York. He advises foreign and domestic issuers and underwriters on a range of debt and equity capital markets transactions, including public and private offerings. He also assists clients with securities law compliance, disclosures, and corporate governance matters.

Ernesto's practice is informed by experience in international disputes and administrative law. Before joining the firm, he clerked at the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice, focusing on matters involving administrative and environmental law.

Ernesto also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on advancing people's access to justice and supporting effective governance, institutions, and organizations.
