White & Case advises ORLEN on PLN 2 billion bond issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised ORLEN S.A. (ORLEN) on its PLN 2 billion bond issuance.

The bonds were offered to qualified investors through a non-prospectus public offering, introduced to trading on Warsaw Stock Exchange's alternative trading system and registered with the National Depository for Securities in Poland. The issuance was coordinated by Bank Pekao S.A. and PKO Bank Polski S.A., with Bank Pekao S.A. acting as issuing agent.

The funds from the issuance will be used for general corporate purposes, including the refinancing of a PLN 1 billion bond issue maturing on December 22, 2025 as well as financing investments under the ORLEN 2035 Strategy.

The White & Case team in Warsaw which advised on the transaction included partner Grzegorz Abram, local partner Paweł Zagórski and associate Mateusz Zdrada.
