Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised funds controlled by Pemberton Asset Management (Pemberton) as lenders on the refinancing of Sereni.
Pemberton is a leading European private credit manager with one of Europe’s largest office networks and investment teams. It has more than US$26 billion in assets under management.
Sereni, a funeral services platform with more than 220 practices across Belgium, Germany and Poland, is a portfolio company backed by Netley Capital, Around Partners and Vermec NV.
