Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Pemberton Capital Advisors LLP on a private debt financing provided to ReeVo, one of Europe's leading cloud service providers and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP).
The proceeds of the financing will be used to accelerate ReeVo's growth in the European market, including the completion of selected strategic acquisitions, the refinancing of existing debt and the funding of resources required to support an organic and inorganic growth plan aimed at tripling revenues by 2030.
ReeVo operates through nine data centers across Europe, operating in compliance with more than 20 of the highest international quality standards and certifications. It supports mid-sized and large enterprises by providing cloud and cybersecurity solutions designed to protect their business while respecting the principle of European digital sovereignty.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Stefano Bellani (Milan) and Michael Immordino (London & Milan) and included associates Nicola Tosin and Clara Busin (both Milan).
