Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Sixth Street on its financing of the merger of Stratsys and Thoma Bravo portfolio company Hypergene, creating a Nordic leader in connected financial planning, performance and enterprise governance.

White & Case partner and co-head of Private Capital Gareth Eagles, who led the Firm's deal team, said, "Working again with Thoma Bravo and Sixth Street, we have supported the creation of a Nordic-leading SaaS platform in this important investment for our clients."
