White & Case advises Sixth Street on financing for merger of Stratsys and Thoma Bravo’s Hypergene

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Sixth Street on its financing of the merger of Stratsys and Thoma Bravo portfolio company Hypergene, creating a Nordic leader in connected financial planning, performance and enterprise governance.
