Biography
Overview
Vic Sohal is an associate in the Firm's Debt Finance Practice in London. Vic has experience advising major banks, corporations, sovereigns, private credit funds, and private equity firms on various cross-border transactions, including acquisition finance, structured finance, general bank lending and emerging market transactions.
Vic joined White & Case as a trainee gaining experience in the Firm's Asset Finance and Capital Markets groups in London. He has also spent six months on secondment in the Firm's Paris office focusing on private equity and corporate restructuring transactions.

Tikehau Investment Management, 2023
Representation of Tikehau Investment Management, as Arranger and Lender, in connection with an acquisition financing by RepairBidco UK Limited's, as Borrower, of Hilbre Holdings limited, the Target. The financing involved a GBP45 million senior secured term facility and a £30 million multicurrency senior secured acquisition and capital expenditure facility.

Representation of Waterlogic Group, a leading provider of point-of-use water purification dispensers and Castik Capital portfolio company, on its US$925 million (equivalent) TLB refinancing.
