White & Case advises SmartCraft on Nasdaq Stockholm relisting

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised SmartCraft on its successful relisting from Oslo Børs to Nasdaq Stockholm through a cross-border merger and distribution offer.

The transaction involved a cross-border merger under Norwegian and Swedish law, as well as a distribution offer to the Swedish public, bringing in more than 2,300 new shareholders.

The first day of trading on Nasdaq Stockholm was today, 24 March 2026.

SmartCraft is the leading Nordic provider of mission-critical SaaS solutions to SMEs in the construction sector. SmartCraft was listed on Oslo Børs in 2021, with Valedo as its principal owner.

The White & Case team in Stockholm which advised on the transaction was led by partners Johan Thiman, Shoan Panahi and Sebastian Wallin, and included associates Gustaf Wiklund, Alexander Lausev, Ella Viebke, Max von Schmalensee and Alma Roos.
