Overview

Sebastian is an associate within the Nordic Private Equity team in our Global M&A Practice in Stockholm and joined White & Case in 2017. Sebastian works with leading Nordic and European private equity firms and their portfolio companies. He has experience in assisting clients on M&A transactions and corporate matters in various industries, including the technology, food and beverage, construction, manufacturing, security, healthcare, and retail sectors.

Prior to joining White & Case, Sebastian worked with private equity at another Swedish law firm. He has studied at Stockholm University in Sweden and at University of Cape Town in South Africa.

Represented Valedo Partners in connection with acquisition of the restaurant chain Pincho Nation AB with locations in Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
