White & Case advises the underwriters on 3D Systems upsized public offering

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the underwriters, led by Needham & Company, LLC, on the upsized underwritten public offering of 16,393,443 shares of common stock and subsequent overallotment option exercise of 2,459,016 shares of common stock of 3D Systems Corporation, a manufacturing solutions partner that engineers, manufactures and sells 3D printers, 3D printing materials, 3D printed parts and application engineering services.

The White & Case team was led by partners Drew Valentine and Adam Johnson (both in New York), supported by associates Allan Lemos (Miami) and James Bernstein (New York). Law clerk Shahmurad Lodhi (New York) also assisted on the matter.
