Allan is a corporate associate in our Capital Markets practice in the firm's Miami office.
Allan attended the University of Miami School of Law as a recipient of a full Dean's merit scholarship, where he graduated magna cum laude and was accepted into the Order of the Coif. During his time in law school, he served on the University of Miami Law Review and received CALI awards in Transactional Skills, Contracts, and in the Investor Rights legal Clinic. He also worked as a legal intern at Uber Technologies in San Francisco, CA.
