White & Case advises unitranche and revolving lenders on Fidelio Capital’s acquisition of Newsec

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the unitranche and revolving lenders on Fidelio Capital's acquisition of Newsec, a property asset management and advisory company with presence in the Nordics and Baltics and an annual turnover of around SEK 3.5 billion.
