Biography
Ben is an Associate in the Firm's Debt Finance Group in London. Ben advises clients on structuring, negotiating, and executing complex financing transactions. As a dual-qualified lawyer in England and New York, he has extensive experience representing sponsors and portfolio companies across a range of industries and in connection with a wide variety of financing products and transactions.
Ben was previously on secondment to the CVC Capital Markets team as well as the Debt Finance team in the Firm's New York office.
Experience
Mehiläinen Group, a rapidly developing and growing leader in the social and healthcare services in Europe, and its majority shareholders Hellman & Friedman and CVC Partners, on its €2.06 billion syndicated TLB and revolving facility financing and its subsequent €1.09 billion high yield bond issuance to fund, among other things, the acquisition of Regina Maria.
Dream Games, the developer and publisher of globally renowned mobile games Royal Match and Royal Kingdom, on the financing in connection with the strategic investment from CVC.
