Alberto Castillo is an Associate in the Firm's Trade team, based in the Mexico City office after spending a couple of years in our Washington, DC office. Alberto's practice focuses on international trade and customs litigation, regulatory disputes, as well as Antidumping Duty (ADD) and Countervailing Duty (CVD) procedures.

Prior joining White & Case in 2023, Alberto pursued his LL.M. in the University of Chicago Law School after working for several years as an associate for one of the most prestigious Trade practices in Mexico, advising local and international companies from sectors such as automotive, retail, pharmaceutical, hydrocarbons, and manufacturing sectors, among others.
