Biography
Alec is an associate in the Capital Markets department in London. Alec’s practice includes advising issuers and underwriters on issues of debt securities, medium term note, certificate of deposit and commercial paper programmes. Alec also has experience working on liability management exercises and regulatory capital issuances.
Prior to joining White & Case, Alec trained at a large firm and worked in their London, Singapore and Hong Kong offices.
Experience
Acting for the underwriters in respect of the issuance of US$1 billion 7.25% bonds due 2028 by Greenko Wind Projects (Mauritius) Ltd, a subsidiary of Greenko Energy Holdings.*
Acting for the underwriters in respect of a series of high yield bond issuances by Vedanta Resources, certain of which included concurrent tender offers and a consent solicitation.*
Acting for Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited on the establishment of their Singapore covered bond programme and subsequent covered bond issuances under the programme.*
