White & Case advises joint bookrunners on PKO Bank Polski’s €700 million notes issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the joint bookrunners on PKO Bank Polski S.A.'s issuance of €700 million 3.750% senior non-preferred notes, due 6 May 2030.

BNP PARIBAS acted as global coordinator, and the joint bookrunners were BNP PARIBAS, Erste Group Bank AG, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, PKO Bank Polski S.A. and UBS Europe SE.

The notes, issued under PKO Bank Polski's €8 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme, have been listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and will also be listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

White & Case has advised the joint bookrunners on all eight euro-denominated notes issued under PKO Bank Polski's EMTN Programme.
