Biography
Alejandro is an Associate in the Firm's Global M&A / Corporate Group in Madrid.
He advises private equity and infrastructure funds, investment banks, corporates and other financial sponsors in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, co-investments, corporate restructurings and incentive plans to key managers. In addition, he has experience in corporate law, equity capital markets and corporate governance.

A.P.Moller Capital on its acquisition of a 51% stake in Bergé Infraestructuras y Servicios Logísticos, S.L.U who develop and port operations, transport logistics, shipping and processes relating to the steel and automotive industries from Bergé y Compañía, S.A.
Peninsula Capital on the acquisition of a majority stake in WM Clinics, a leading company in the aesthetic and medicine surgery sector, to Nexxus and Capza*.
bd capital on the acquisition of GreenSet and Padel Court Deluxe, a group of companies involved in the tennis and padel sector*.
Magnum Industrial Partners on the acquisition of Grupo Marnys, a company involved in the natural nutrition and cosmetic sector*.
