Advised PPF on its $2.1 billion acquisition of CME, which owns TV companies in five CEE countries. The transaction is subject to approvals of the CME shareholders and antitrust authorities.

NEPI Rockcastle, 2018
Advised Nepi Rockcastle, a leading real estate player in Central and Eastern Europe, on its acquisition of the Galéria Mlyny Shopping Center. This transaction was the largest acquisition on the Slovak market in 2018.

TPG Real Estate, 2016
Advised TPG Real Estate, TPG's real-estate platform, in connection with the EUR 93.3 million acquisition of industrial real estate assets from Contera, located in Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA), 2016 
Advising Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets on its EUR 79 million acquisition of a 132,000 square meter portfolio of four logistics and light industrial assets in the Czech Republic and Slovakia from HB Reavis Group.

Leading multinational technology company, 2016
Advising a leading multinational technology company in connection with a series of complex internal investigations into potential violations of public procurement rules and internal guidelines regarding subcontractor procurement. Our work covered the analysis of employees’ e-mails, third party relationships, dealings with public and private customers, commercial conditions for the use of subcontractors, the termination of an employment relationship, and compliance with regulatory and commercial terms.  We also advised the client in communication with public customers and former business partners in connection with alleged wrongdoings that were covered by an internal investigation and provided strategic advice to the client.
