Alexandra is a senior associate in the Intellectual Property team at White & Case.
Alex specialises in technology-based, digital transformation, and general commercial contracting projects, across a range of industries including technology, and consumer and retail, and infrastructure, transport and logistics. She is experienced in advising on commercial intellectual property arrangements and Australian data protection laws.
Alex also advises on technology, intellectual property and data issues for M&A transactions.
Experience
Advising on and negotiating a range of technology contracts (including software licensing, master services agreements, reseller and distribution arrangements) for vendor and customer clients, and in competitive sourcing projects.
Advising clients across technology, finance, and consumer and retail industries on compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles, and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), providing risk mitigation strategies and policy recommendations.
Advising domestic and multinational technology and e-commerce companies on a range of general commercial contracting and regulatory matters, including technology and telecommunications regulations, and competition and consumer law compliance.
