Alison is an associate in the Firm's Washington, DC office. She has been involved in representing clients in federal court at the district and appellate levels, and has assisted with cases before the US Supreme Court. Her experience at the Firm has included matters arising under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act and the Anti-Terrorism Act. Alison has assisted in drafting briefs and motions, responding to and issuing discovery requests, drafting client memoranda, and conducting legal research on a broad range of topics. She is also involved in pro bono matters at the Firm and has helped represent individuals in immigration-related proceedings.
Alison received her JD cum laude from New York University School of Law where she was a Furman Public Policy Scholar. During law school she served as Senior Executive Editor of the Journal of International Law and Politics and as an intern in the National Security Division of the US Department of Justice.
