Overview

Alison Perry is an associate in White & Case's Washington, DC, office and a member of the Global Antitrust/Competition Group. Ms. Perry's litigation experience includes representing foreign sovereigns, their state-owned entities, and multinational companies and financial institutions in complex litigations, with a particular emphasis on cases arising under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, the US Anti-Terrorism Act, and the US antitrust laws. She has helped represent clients in federal trial and appellate courts, including in cases before the US Supreme Court.

Ms. Perry received her JD cum laude from NYU School of Law, where she served as a Senior Executive Editor of the Journal of International Law and Politics and was a scholar in the Furman Public Policy Scholarship Program.

From 2021-2022, Ms. Perry served as a law clerk for the Honorable Paul L. Friedman of the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
