Andreas Lischka is a debt finance and capital markets lawyer with a focus on leveraged finance transactions. Clients also benefit from his experience with complex portfolio and public-to-private transactions, specifically in the real estate and banking sector.

He advises clients on a wide range of debt transactions. This covers acquisition financings, corporate loans, the issuance of high yield notes and structured finance products such as (structured) covered bonds, securitisations and hybrid instruments.

His expertise also covers the acquisition and sale of complex portfolios, specifically of real estate sector and non-performing loans, as well as public transactions in the real estate and banking sector.

Before joining White & Case in 2018, he worked over seven years for leading law firm in its Frankfurt, London and Dusseldorf offices.
