Overview
Angela Fleck is an associate in the firm's Debt Finance group in Frankfurt.
She advises clients on corporate loans, acquisition finance and syndicated lending transactions where she advises sponsors, corporates as well as banks and other financial institutions.
Prior to joining the Frankfurt team as an associate in 2022, Angela Fleck had been working with the team from 2018 as a trainee lawyer and research assistant and gathered experience in capital markets law during her stay in the firm's Paris office.
