Biography
Anna is an Associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in Berlin.
She advises national and international clients on a broad range of venture capital and M&A transactions, particularly in the technology, telecommunications, e-commerce, and media sectors. She focuses on financing rounds, exits, and buy-outs, and has significant experience advising on complex M&A transactions and joint ventures.
Anna has gained extensive experience advising on cross-border investments, with particular familiarity with transactions involving the West African region.
Before joining White & Case, Anna worked at another leading international law firm, where she advised on venture capital transactions and supported both investors and start-ups throughout all stages of financing rounds and investments.

Advised Accel and other major investors on EUR 1.2 billion secondary of German fintech Trade Republic.
Balderton Capital*
Advised Balderton Capital as lead investor on EUR 180 million Series C equity financing in Quantum Systems, a leading provider of AI-powered air surveillance systems for defence and industry.
Accel, Meritech*
Advised Accel and Meritech as lead investors on USD 180 million Series C equity financing in n8n, an AI-powered platform for automating workflows.
Balderton Capital*
Advised lead investor Balderton Capital on EUR 160 million funding for Quantum Systems.
