Biography
Arnaud is an Associate in the White & Case Global Tax Practice based in Luxembourg.
He specializes in international and Luxembourg tax matters, with a focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and the structuring of both regulated and unregulated alternative investment fund platforms. Arnaud also advises on corporate reorganizations, as well as the tax implications of financings, securitizations, and capital markets transactions. In addition, Arnaud practices on exchange of information on tax matters (DAC6, FATCA, CRS, exchange of information upon request).
He is an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the Luxembourg Capital Markets Association (LuxCMA) and participates in the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI). Arnaud regularly participates in seminars and conferences both in Luxembourg and internationally, sharing insights on complex tax issues.
Committed to pro bono work, Arnaud has been recognized as a White & Case Global Pro Bono Star and is featured on the firm's Honour Roll. His notable pro bono contributions include advising Professors Without Borders, a UK-based charity, on their successful expansion into Luxembourg.

Advising the banks on a high yield bond and revolving credit and guarantee facility to refinance the existing debt of Mangrove LuxCo III S.a r.l. and its subsidiaries.
Advising Matter Real Estate LLP on establishing Velkomn, a new residential rental platform in Denmark, aiming to build a DKK 2.0 billion portfolio of single-family homes.
