White & Case advises on €350 million refinancing of Superstrada Pedemontana Veneta

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Ares Infrastructure Debt (Ares) and Vantage Infrastructure on the refinancing of the junior debt of Superstrada Pedemontana Veneta.
The transaction involved a new junior financing facility of up to €350 million to refinance the concessionaire's existing junior debt. At closing, approximately €310 million was drawn, with additional amounts available to be drawn up to the maximum facility amount.
Superstrada Pedemontana Veneta, a motorway in the Veneto Region in the northeast of Italy, is controlled by SIS, a joint venture between Italian infrastructure group Fininc and Spanish infrastructure group Sacyr. Existing lender Vantage Infrastructure elected to roll its commitment into the new junior facility alongside Ares.
