Overview

Arthur is an associate in the Debt Finance practice of White & Case's New York office. His practice focuses on the representation of commercial and investment banks, financial institutions, alternative capital providers, investors, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities, domestic and cross-border acquisition financings and other complex lending transactions.

Arthur is currently on secondment at a market-leading direct lender and asset management firm.

Experience

Representation of Jefferies Finance LLC, as Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent and a Term Lead Arranger on a US$200 million term loan facility, US$75 million delayed draw term loan facility and US$50 million revolving credit facility to finance the acquisition by a leading private equity sponsor of IEA Energy Services LLC.

Representation of Hess Midstream Partners on obtaining a five-year, US$1.4 billion pro rata credit facility, including a US$400 million term loan facility and a US$1 billion revolving credit facility to finance the corporate reorganization of Hess Midstream Partners. A syndicate of leading financial institutions acted as the joint lead arrangers.

Representation of Deutsche Bank, Mizuho and Credit Agricole, as Joint Lead Arrangers, for US$1.54 billion of senior secured credit facilities to finance the acquisition by Softbank of Fortress Investment Group.

Representation of Citibank, Eksportkreditt Norge AS, and Garantiinstituttet for eksportkreditt, in connection with a US$122.84 million pre- and post- delivery financing for the construction of an expedition ice-class cruise vessel for Lindblad Expeditions.

Representation of Nordea Bank in connection with a US$400 million financing provided to Genco Shipping & Trading Limited.
