Barbora Nedvědová, an associate of the Prague office, is a member of the M&A/Corporate practice group. Since joining White & Case, Barbora has been focusing primarily on real estate and corporate matters.

In the real estate sector, she has frequently assisted senior members of the team in providing advisory services to a number of major clients of the Prague office – mostly real estate investors, developers and financial institutions, during various stages of transactions, including real estate due diligence and acquisitions. She has also taken part in numerous real estate bank financing projects.

Advising P3 Logistic Parks (P3) and leading global investment company TPG Real Estate (the previous owner of the P3 developer alongside Ivanhoé Cambridge) on the sale of P3 to GIC, a sovereign wealth fund established by the government of Singapore. With a transaction value of EUR 2.4 billion, this represents the largest deal on the European real estate market in 2016, and the largest real estate deal ever in the Czech Republic.

Advising CTP, a leading commercial real estate developer and manager of business parks in Central & Eastern Europe, on the EUR 450 million sale of a Czech logistics portfolio to Deka Immobilien. This represents one of the largest-ever real estate transactions in the Czech Republic, and the largest logistics deal in Europe in 2018.

Advising Erste Group Bank AG, Česká spořitelna, a.s., UniCredit S.p.A., UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s., Société Générale S.A. and Komerční banka, a.s., as mandated lead arrangers, in connection with legal due diligence carried out for the purposes of refinancing the existing financial indebtedness of property companies within CTP Group, one of the largest industrial developers in the CEE region. At the amount of EUR 1.9 billion, this is one of the largest real estate financings in the CEE region.

Representing Generali Real Estate on the acquisition of Palac Spork, a prestigious mixed-use asset located in the center of Prague, from SEBRE.

Representing Generali Real Estate in the acquisition of Euro and Astra Palaces, office and retail buildings on Wenceslas Square in Prague.

Representing TPG Real Estate, TPG's real-estate platform, in connection with the CZK 2.4 billion (EUR 93.3 million) acquisition of industrial real estate assets from Contera, a Czech industrial real estate developer, and in the formation of a joint venture for future real estate development.

Representing LaSalle Investment Management, a leading real estate investment management firm, acting on behalf of Encore+ Fund, in the acquisition of the River Garden II/III office building in Prague from HB Reavis.

Representing LaSalle Investment Management in connection with the EUR 57.8 million acquisition of Palac Andel, a mixed-use property in Prague, Czech Republic, from Aberdeen Asset Management Deutschland, the German subsidiary of Aberdeen Standard Investments.

Representing LaSalle Investment Management on their EUR 57 million acquisition of River Garden One, a prime office building in Karlin, one of Prague’s main office districts.

Advising Klépierre, the European specialist in shopping center properties, in connection with the sale of Novodvorská Plaza, and various legal aspects relating to the operation of Nový Smíchov and Plzeň Plaza, two of the biggest shopping centers in the Czech Republic.

Advising Red Group, a privately held niche commercial real estate development company active in the Czech Republic for over twenty years, in connection with the sale of two industrial projects in Stará Boleslav and Letňany.

Representing shareholders of Wendell electronics, a Czech producer of custom electronics, in the sale of 100% of their shares in the company to BB Electronics, a leading supplier of electronics manufacturing and EMS services based in Denmark.
