Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised long-standing client MidEuropa on the sale of Imlek, a leading dairy producer in Southeast Europe, to a consortium of regional investors led by family office AJFH.
Lead investor AJFH, the family holding of entrepreneur and investor Andrej Jovanović, together with Imlek's current CEO Bojan Radun, have signed an agreement for the joint acquisition of Imlek from its current owner, MidEuropa. The transaction is subject to standard approvals.
It is the latest transaction on which White & Case has advised MidEuropa during 2025, following the sales of Profi and Optegra.
MidEuropa is central Europe's largest private equity firm with a track record spanning more than 20 years, with in excess of €6 billion in assets under management and 46 businesses backed to date.
Belgrade-headquartered Imlek operates in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and North Macedonia and is a dairy production and distribution market leader across the region.
