Biography
Ben Brooks is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.
Ben has extensive experience advising multinational listed and private corporate clients and financial sponsors in relation to public takeover bids, private M&A, auctions, governance and disclosure matters, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
Prior to joining White & Case, Ben worked in the M&A and Corporate practice of a leading international law firm during which time he spent six months on secondment to the legal team of a global financial institution.
