Benjamin Snow is an associate in the Firm's Tax Group focusing on domestic and international tax law. He regularly advises clients on the formation and operation of investment funds and joint ventures, securities offerings, tax-free reorganizations, bankruptcy, and other domestic and cross-border tax matters.
Benjamin further advises clients on U.S. tax issues relating to partnerships, REITs, FIRPTA, sovereign and sovereign-related investors, controlled foreign corporations, FATCA, tax treaties, and other matters.
Benjamin received his JD and LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law, where he served as a student editor for the Tax Law Review.
