Blair Warner is an associate in the Firm's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice based in the Chicago office. Blair advises clients in complex business reorganizations and out-of-court restructurings. Her practice includes all aspects of domestic and cross-border corporate reorganization and restructuring, bankruptcy proceedings, bankruptcy-related litigation, distressed asset situations, and out-of-court restructurings across various industries.
While in law school, Blair externed for the Honorable Timothy A. Barnes of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
