Biography
Overview
Bryan Cory is counsel in the Energy, Infrastructure and Project Finance Group in Houston. Bryan's practice focuses on transactions in the upstream, midstream and downstream energy industry, including project development, M&A, construction, joint ventures and supply and offtake agreements. Bryan has extensive global experience, having advised on both green-field and brown-field cross-border projects, EPC contracts, asset purchase and sale agreements, long-term sale and purchase agreements, as well as LNG-to-power projects. Prior to joining the Firm, Bryan worked at the Houston offices of a leading energy law firm.
