Camilla Bertocchi is an Associate in the Investment Funds Group and EMEA Private Equity team based in London.

With broad expertise across fund jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, Luxembourg and the Channel Islands, Camilla advises both sponsors and major institutional investors on a wide range of matters in the investment funds sphere including fund formations, fund investments and co-investments. Camilla regularly represents major institutional investors in relation to complex fund investments including continuation funds, co-investments and portfolio sales across a broad range of asset classes, as well as secondaries and GP led initiatives.

Camilla also has experience advising on private equity and M&A transactions, including cross-border acquisitions and disposals, debt and equity investments, manager equity incentive arrangements and general corporate matters.

Camilla joined White & Case in 2023 as a trainee and has spent time in the Debt Capital Markets team in London. She has also completed a six-month secondment to the firm's Paris office advising on Corporate M&A and Private Equity matters.
