Biography
Tolga is a local partner in our Mergers & Acquisitions practice in Istanbul. His practice focuses on advising major international and foreign corporations in their cross-border M&A deals, and general corporate and commercial law matters.
Tolga serves clients in many different sectors, including financial services, insurance, e-commerce, real estate, energy, healthcare and food/beverage, among others.
Experience
Representation of Qatar Holding LLC, a Qatar-based investment firm in (i) its acquisition of the shares representing approximately 36.68% of the share capital of Bandırma Vitaminli Yem Sanayi A.Ş., a leading Turkish poultry producer from TBQ Foods GmbH and (ii) in its sale of the shares representing 40% of the share capital of TBQ Foods GmbH, a Vienna-based holding company to BRF GmbH.
Representation of Paribu Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu A.Ş., one of Türkiye's main cryptocurrency platforms, in its acquisition of CNMENA Holding Ltd, a cryptocurrency platform operating in the Middle East, including the UAE and Bahrain.
