Caoimhín Eastwood is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.

Caoimhín advises a broad range of international and UK-based clients on both public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures, complex corporate reorganisations and corporate governance matters.

Legal 500 has described Caoimhín as a lawyer who "really listens to what clients want" and as "one to watch."

Before joining White & Case, Caoimhín worked in the M&A and Corporate practice at a leading international law firm in London. He previously practiced at a leading Irish firm in Dublin.

Caoimhín is dual qualified to practice law in England & Wales and Ireland.
