Biography

Overview

Cécilia Grosjean is an associate in the Employment & Benefits team of White & Case in Paris.

She mainly advises French and foreign companies on employment law issues related to cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Cecilia also participates in the implementation of corporate reorganizations of companies located in France, in particular through social plans and collective bargaining terminations.

She has developed a particular interest in subjects relating to compensation and internal investigations.

Prior to joining White & Case in 2020, Cecilia worked in court and in international law firms.

She was also a member of the HR Department of a listed French banking group.
