Charles R. Koster
Mr. Koster is an Associate in the Firm's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Group. He has experience in various aspects of bankruptcy law, including the representation of agent banks, senior lenders, indenture trustees, hedge funds, ad hoc creditor groups, directors, unsecured noteholders and other interested parties in both chapter 11 proceedings and large out-of-court workouts. Mr. Koster was selected in 2013-2019 as a Super Lawyers NY Metro Rising Star.
Prior to joining White & Case in 2010, Mr. Koster served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judith Wizmur of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
